The Weezer Pack introduces three Weezer songs as playable in-game "Hashpipe", "Perfect Situation", and "Surf Wax America". The band liked this version better than the original, and in the age of digital music, were able to replace the song on downloads of the album as well as new pressings of the CD. "Beer" is the only song of the three known to have footage of it being played in-game. Weezer made some changes to this song when it was released as a single, adding the 'Perfect Situation' background vocals near the end of the song.

The exact date is unknown, but it appears both the bundle and individual tracks were delisted very shortly after it's initial release. The songs were available to be purchased in a bundle of three or individually. This introduced the songs "Beer" by Reel Big Fish, "Dashboard" by Modest Mouse, and "The Impression That I Get" by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones as playable in-game. The Alternative Rock Pack was released December 12th, 2010. Only two DLC packs are currently known by the public. Perfect Situation Lyrics: What's the deal with my brain Why am I so obviously insane / In a perfect situation, I let love down the drain / There's the pitch, slow and straight, all I have to do. Before the game even released, it was said that there would be new DLC songs "released regularly" starting the week of November 22nd, 2010, but presumably due to the game's poor reception this quickly fell through. Further development on the franchise was dropped only a few months after release, and Seven45 Studios never released another console game. For a variety of reasons, the game sold poorly and was universally panned by critics. The biggest selling point for the game was that it used a real six string guitar as it's controller, with marketing touting that this made the game a superior experience to it's competitors. The game is similar to the "Rock Band" and "Guitar Hero" franchises, where instrument inspired controllers are used to play along to a variety of licensed music. Power Gig: Rise of the SixString is a peripheral reliant rhythm game developed by Seven45 Studios and released in the United States on October 19th, 2010 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. 0.25x 0.5x 0.75x 0.9x 1x 1.1x 1.25x 1.50x 2x. Perfect Situation is one of four singles found on Weezer’s fifth album Make Believe.
